Welcome to TrishaGo!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrishaGo mobile application and services, operated by ITGAI Technologies, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

By accessing or using TrishaGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TrishaGo application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ITGAI Technologies ("TrishaGo," "we," "us," or "our").

Important: If you are using TrishaGo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Critical: Failure to return the vehicle without communication may be reported to law enforcement as vehicle misappropriation or theft.

  2. If damage is found, vendor documents it with photos
  3. Vendor provides repair estimate within 24 hours
  4. You have 48 hours to dispute the estimate
  5. If disputed, third-party assessment may be conducted
  6. Final repair cost is charged to you

Legal Consequence: Unauthorized retention of a rental vehicle beyond 72 hours without communication may result in criminal charges under IPC Section 403 (Dishonest misappropriation of property).

11 Insurance & Liability

All vehicles on TrishaGo platform have basic third-party insurance as mandated by the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988:

In case of an accident:

  1. Ensure safety of all parties involved
  2. Call emergency services if needed (Dial 112)
  3. Do not leave the scene of the accident
  4. Exchange information with other parties (name, contact, vehicle details)
  5. Take photos/videos of the scene and damage
  6. File FIR at nearest police station (mandatory for insurance claims)
  7. Notify TrishaGo support and vendor within 2 hours
  8. Cooperate with insurance claim process

Optional Coverage: We are working on introducing optional personal accident insurance and own-damage coverage. Stay tuned for updates!
